Last year there was some confusion regarding the room block agreement and room availability. We have worked with the hotel and they generally are wonderful about correcting situations. Our agreement allows for rooms to be booked outside our block at the rates after we fulfill out block. But book early, Its a big hotel and sometimes other shows are booked at the same time.
